Certified in personal training, yoga and meditation (500 hours) and Classical MAT PILATES (125 hours), Craig (THEY/THEM) is a former professional wrestler whose used the healing technologies of fitness and yoga for decades to help deal with chronic pain and spinal injuries.

An adamant believer in accessible fitness, they aim to create safe space for your fitness journey. CHURCH OF SWEAT IS A QUEER, TRANS AND NON-BINARY FORWARD BUSINESS AND WHILE WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO WORK WITH ANYONE WHO VIBES WITH US WE ARE IN LOVE WITH OUR QUEER COMMUNITY AND THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF WHAT WE DO IS ALL ABOUT CREATING NURTURING, RADICAL SPACE THAT FEEDS QUEER HEARTS AND BODIES.

With a wealth of experience and years of learning several movement modalities, as well as performing in professional athletics and having recovered from numerous serious injuries, Craig brings all of that to the table when working with clients.
