Hi, I'm Craig, the founder and lead trainer at The Church of Sweat.  I am certified in: personal training, yoga, meditation, reiki and attunements.


As a former professional wrestler with chronic pain and spinal injuries, I have been using the healing technologies of yoga and fitness with myself and my clients for over 20 years.

I'm a strong believer in the accessibility of yoga and fitness  endeavors to create safe, healthy spaces. 


What I Do


Whatever your fitness goals may be I've got you covered and and I can get you results. Gettin' swole, weight-loss, training for a sport or activity or if you just want to become more athletic, stronger and have more energy and a greater sense of well-being, I would love to help. A yoga class with Craig is about forging a relationship with body that is honest and responsive. Become more flexible (in all the ways) and find stress-relief through this ancient technology. Finding joy in embodied experience in order to tend the world around us.


Meditation changed my life, plain and simple and I would love the opportunity to introduce you, or to help you develop or deepen your practice. It’s not as hard as you think (or have been lead to believe). By beginning to bear witness to our breath, whole worlds of possibility can open up to us and our true natures revealed, right in our own precious bodies


Get jacked, master handstand and get real chill - all in one go. Exercise, yoga and meditation is a powerful, incredibly effective combination that I am convinced can change lives

Queer and Trans Love

I am happy to work with everyone and welcome anyone who vibes with me to come and get sweaty. As a Queer person I love love serving my community and working with Queer, Trans and Non-Binary peeps and I get that places like gyms and yoga studios (and people like personal trainers and yoga teachers) can present serious barriers to QTNB folks who would otherwise love to participate.

Fuck that.

I would love to work with you and help you explore and learn and just do whatever it is you want to do in those spaces. So let's chill.
I also offer Queer, Trans and Non-Binary group yoga classes and HIIT classes and I am delighted to offer LGBTQ2S+ Literacy Training for individuals, businesses or groups of all kinds! If you'd love to get something going get at me, please.

Chameleon Yoga Studio Schedule

5:00 - 6:00pm (EST)


An uplifting and sweaty all-levels breath-driven yoga class that will wring you out. Moving through Sun Salutations and into some strength, conditioning and capacity building, with a sweet little come down at the end. You do not need to have a lot of experience to enjoy this class just come ready to werk (and listen to your body and take breaks when you need).
